Business Analyst

Summary:

Join our team as a Business Analyst to define and optimize business functions, integrate technology solutions, and drive operational efficiency. You will analyze business processes, develop business cases, and recommend improvements that enhance performance. Key responsibilities include conducting cost-benefit analyses, documenting requirements, and assisting with project timelines. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in business analysis, and expertise in data analysis or business intelligence. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Oracle SQL and statistical analysis software. Experience with permitting, licensing, and registration processes is a plus.

 

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Define and document business functions and processes;

• Analyze the integration of business functions with technology;

• Assist with business case development and business process reengineering;

• Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements;

• Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies;

• Conduct cost-benefit analysis;

• Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines;

• The Business Analyst should be familiar with permitting, licenses and registration processes

 

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

• 3 years’ experience in business analysis

• Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence or related role

• Knowledge of statistical analysis software

• Bachelor’s degree – Any Field
